BLACKPINK Lisa’s solo title song “LALISA” music video set a new record for a female K-pop solo singer in 24 hours.

Lisa’s “LALISA” music video was released simultaneously around the world at 1 p.m. on the 10th (Korea Standard Time), and recorded more than 70.5 million views on YouTube in a day, ranking first in the most watched video.

It has surpassed the previous record (39 million views) of the K-pop female solo artist music video set by Rose’s “On The Ground”. In addition, attention is being paid to whether she will break BLACKPINK’s recordnof the shortest time (32 hours) to achieve 100 million views which currently belongs to How You Like That.

Lisa excited global fans by performing her first solo performance on NBC’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” which aired on the afternoon of the 11th (Korea Standard Time).

The album also recorded 800,000 pre-orders during the previous pre-sale period, signaling the highest record for female K-pop solo artists.
