BLACKPINK’s Lisa surpasses 700k pre-ordered copies of solo album

BLACKPINK’s Lisa has proved her overwhelming global influence by successfully breaking a new record ahead of her solo debut.

According to YG Entertainment, Lisa’s solo single album “Lalisa” surpassed 700,000 pre-orders in just four days after it started the pre-sale on the 26th.

It is already the highest pre-sale of a female solo K-pop artit. Orders are expected to increase further as there are about 10 days left until the album release date.

Orders were pouring in not only from Korea but also from various countries including the United States, China, Japan, Europe and Southeast Asia. It is expected that she will write a new history and break more records in the next weeks.

Lisa’s physical album “LALISA” comes in three formats: CD, Kit, and LP. The album will be released on September 10.
